spacious room clean room cafe unfriendly staff bad communication sewage smell
The room was spacious and clean , with everything functioning properly. I liked the cafe downstairs . It was very convenient. I appreciated the many shared bathrooms , a very practical feature. The hotel is also close to convenience stores and many dining options.
The reception staff was not very friendly , unfortunately. Communication through the app was also quite bad. I found it difficult to get a timely response . That created some issues. The room smelled bad , possibly due to a sewage issue.

inadequate clothes storage missing bedside lights
The rooftop pool was a highlight. It was clean and offered decent views.
My room was not great. There were only four hangers and nowhere to properly store my clothes. I had to keep everything in my suitcase on the floor. There were no bedside lights or a table near the bed, inconvenient.
